Information you choose to send
Our contact and consultation forms ask for your name, email address, service interest and the details of your request. You may also provide a phone number, website address, message or preferred appointment date and time. Newsletter forms ask for an email address.
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project and arrange consultations. If you ask to receive updates, we use your email address for those updates. You can ask us to stop sending them by contacting info@phoenixorbit.ca.
How forms and the website work
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form notifications are sent through Resend to our business email inbox, managed using Gmail. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, which can include technical information about website requests and email delivery.
Please only include information relevant to your enquiry. Our public contact address is info@phoenixorbit.ca.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our pages and whether visitors successfully submit an enquiry or subscribe to updates. Google Analytics can process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and website interactions.
Our analytics events do not include visitors’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents or requested appointment dates. We record only the type of completed form. Page query strings and fragments are excluded from the page addresses we send, and advertising personalization is disabled.
You can decline analytics and continue using the website and its forms. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage removes it. Analytics cookies are configured with a 60-day expiry that can be renewed by activity while analytics is accepted.
